Chính sách quyền riêng tư
Doctruyen là trang đọc truyện dịch dành cho một nhóm người dùng nhỏ, kèm công cụ quản trị (chạy trên máy tính của quản trị viên) để tạo audio / video từ các chương truyện và đăng lên kênh YouTube của chính quản trị viên. Trang này giải thích chúng tôi thu thập, sử dụng, lưu trữ và chia sẻ dữ liệu như thế nào.
1. Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập
- Tài khoản trang web: tên đăng nhập, cookie phiên đăng nhập, tiến độ đọc, tủ truyện, các chỉnh sửa bản dịch bạn tạo.
- Khách chưa đăng nhập: địa chỉ IP (chỉ để giới hạn số lượt dịch mỗi ngày), cookie phiên khách.
- Trên thiết bị của bạn: tuỳ chọn hiển thị (cỡ chữ, giao diện) lưu trong bộ nhớ trình duyệt.
2. Dữ liệu Google / YouTube (công cụ đăng video)
Công cụ đăng video chỉ dành cho quản trị viên, chạy trên máy tính của quản trị viên và sử dụng YouTube API Services (YouTube Data API v3).
- Quyền được xin: duy nhất
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload— tải video lên và đặt ảnh thu nhỏ cho video trên kênh của người đăng nhập. - Dữ liệu gửi tới YouTube: tệp video, tiêu đề, mô tả, thẻ, ảnh thu nhỏ, chế độ hiển thị / giờ công khai — tất cả do chính quản trị viên tạo ra.
- Dữ liệu nhận về và lưu trữ: mã truy cập / mã làm mới (OAuth token) được lưu chỉ trên máy tính của quản trị viên (tệp cục bộ), không gửi lên máy chủ Doctruyen và không chia sẻ cho bất kỳ ai. Mã video YouTube trả về được lưu cục bộ để tránh đăng trùng.
- Không đọc, thu thập, lưu trữ hay chia sẻ dữ liệu nào khác của tài khoản Google / YouTube (danh sách video, người đăng ký, bình luận, thống kê…).
- Việc sử dụng và truyền dữ liệu nhận được từ Google API tuân thủ Chính sách dữ liệu người dùng của Google API Services, bao gồm các yêu cầu Sử dụng giới hạn (Limited Use).
Bằng việc sử dụng tính năng kết nối YouTube, bạn đồng ý với Điều khoản dịch vụ của YouTube. Google xử lý dữ liệu theo Chính sách quyền riêng tư của Google.
3. Chúng tôi dùng dữ liệu để làm gì
- Cho phép đăng nhập, ghi nhớ chỗ đang đọc, hiển thị bản dịch.
- Giới hạn lượt dịch của khách để tránh lạm dụng.
- Đăng video do quản trị viên tạo lên kênh YouTube của quản trị viên theo lệnh của quản trị viên.
Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu, không dùng cho quảng cáo, không chia sẻ cho bên thứ ba, trừ các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ cần thiết: Google (dịch nội dung chương truyện bằng Gemini API — chỉ gửi văn bản truyện, không gửi dữ liệu cá nhân; YouTube khi quản trị viên đăng video) và nhà cung cấp máy chủ lưu trữ trang web.
4. Lưu trữ và xoá dữ liệu
- Dữ liệu tài khoản trang web được lưu trên máy chủ của Doctruyen cho đến khi tài khoản bị xoá.
- Bạn có thể yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu tài khoản bằng cách liên hệ email bên dưới.
- Thu hồi quyền YouTube: bất cứ lúc nào tại https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions, hoặc bấm "Đăng xuất" trong công cụ đăng video (xoá mã truy cập trên máy). Sau khi thu hồi, công cụ không thể truy cập tài khoản YouTube nữa.
5. Cookie
Trang dùng cookie phiên đăng nhập (bắt buộc để đăng nhập) và bộ nhớ trình duyệt cho tuỳ chọn hiển thị. Không dùng cookie quảng cáo hay theo dõi của bên thứ ba.

Privacy Policy
Doctruyen is a website for reading translated novels, used by a small group of users, together with an administrator tool (running on the administrator's own computer) that creates audio / video from chapters and uploads them to the administrator's own YouTube channel. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and share data.
1. Data we collect
- Website accounts: username, login session cookie, reading progress, bookshelf, translation edits you make.
- Guests: IP address (only to limit daily translation requests) and a guest session cookie.
- On your device: display preferences stored in browser storage.
2. Google / YouTube data (video upload tool)
The upload tool is for the administrator only, runs on the administrator's computer, and uses YouTube API Services (YouTube Data API v3).
- Requested scope: only
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload— to upload videos and set their thumbnails on the signed-in user's channel. - Data sent to YouTube: video files, titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, privacy status / publish time — all created by the administrator.
- Data received and stored: OAuth access / refresh tokens are stored only locally on the administrator's computer; they are never sent to Doctruyen servers or shared with anyone. The returned YouTube video ID is stored locally to prevent duplicate uploads.
- We do not read, collect, store or share any other Google / YouTube account data (video lists, subscribers, comments, analytics, etc.).
- Doctruyen's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
By using the YouTube-connected features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google processes data according to the Google Privacy Policy.
3. How we use data
- To sign you in, remember your reading position and show translations.
- To limit guest translation usage and prevent abuse.
- To upload administrator-created videos to the administrator's YouTube channel at the administrator's request.
We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties, except necessary service providers: Google (translating novel text with the Gemini API — only story text, no personal data; YouTube when the administrator uploads videos) and our web hosting provider.
4. Retention and deletion
- Website account data is kept on Doctruyen servers until the account is deleted; you may request deletion by email.
- Revoking YouTube access: at any time via https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions, or by clicking "Sign out" in the upload tool (deletes the local token). After revocation the tool can no longer access the YouTube account.
5. Cookies
We use a session cookie (required for sign-in) and browser storage for display preferences. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
